Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli Paste<br />Black Salt, to taste<br />Juice of ½ a lemon<br />½ cup Coriander Leaves, chopped<br /><br />For Batter:-<br />½ cup Gram Flour<br />Salt, to taste<br />Turmeric Powder<br />Red Chilli Powder<br />Water<br /><br />Oil for greasing<br /><br /><br />Method:-<br />- Mix all the filling mixture ingredients together and mash it.<br />- Make lemon sized balls of the same.<br />- Make a thick batter from the batter ingredients.<br />- Grease an Appam Pan with oil.<br />- Dip the filling mixture in gram flour batter and cook in the appam pan covered with a lid on a medium flame.<br />- Turn and cook on the flip side without covering with the lid.<br /><br />Healthy and Non-Fried Batata Vada is ready to eat!
